About Phil Walley-Stack

Phil Walley-Stack, founder and Artistic Director of AS&P is a professional, highly trained performing artist and musician and commenced AS&P in 2012 to take Aboriginal arts and culture to the world stage. 

A Whadjuk Nyoongar Traditional Owner and a leading figure in the Western Australian Aboriginal arts scene, Phil performs in all areas Corporate, Government, and Not for Profit. 

Providing work locally, nationally and internationally – Phil teaches, shares and performs culture through performance, Welcome to Country, MC and motivational talks. In 2020 Phil established a not for profit Indigenous Arts Foundation to give Aboriginal youth pathways to education, training and career opportunities in the arts. 

Phil is a multifaceted Noongar artist from country Western Australia with traditional connections to the Whadjuk, Yued, Ballardong, and Wardarndi language groups. An esteemed ambassador for the arts in Western Australia, Phil’s contributions have earned him finalist positions for the West Australian of the Year Awards in 2017 and 2018, for his service to the Aboriginal community and for achievements in Arts and Culture, respectively.

Phil Walley-Stack has worked hard to build a good reputation with clients resulting from professionalism and successful events, which has led to returning clientele across a number of events and projects.
